Exchanges are possible depending on availability; special times such as very early or very late may have a different price.

Classes can be cancelled in advance. Classes cancelled at the last minute without a doctor's note will be considered as classes given, and the material will be available for consultation.

When a make-up class is approved, it can be scheduled according to the availability of both the teacher and the student as quickly as possible. If the class cannot be rescheduled within two weeks, the class materials and explanations will be available for consultation, and the class will be considered given.

In case of lateness, there is a 15-minute grace period. After that, the class is considered taught, and the material will be available for consultation.
